seeing as i dont think ricks offense NEEDS t-mac or yao (and i think most would agree)

what are some reasonable tradable players you think they rockets could get, who actually would fit well in adelmans style

Ray Allen - MAYBE celtics would do it if yao was involved
    Rip Hamilton
    Jason Terry
    Joe Johnson
    Josh Smith
Michael Beasley - i KNOW miami would do it if yao was involved
Dwayne Wade - MAYBE if both yao and t-mac were involved
Grant Hill - still great role player and lane runner
Peja Stoikovish - however you spell that

    maybe im wrong

but who do you think would fit that we might be able to get with t-mac and yao as bait

Peja was effective with RA, very effective. Hornets under utilized him.

Bunch of shooting guards would be perfect for ANYONE'S offense. I think it's more likely Morey will sign shooters off the scrap heap like Von Wafer than try to acquire any of these high-dollar, one-skill players.

    Ray Allen - Too OLD
Rip Hamilton - I like this one
Jason Terry - Would rather have Rip
Joe Johnson - I like the sounds of this one ,but he seems like he has been a big no show this playoffs. Maybe he is not as good as advertised.
Josh Smith - Don't really need him
Michael Beasley - Scola, Landry do good enough
Dwayne Wade - Hell ya I would send Yao and Mcgrady for him
Grant Hill - Really Grant Hill?
Peja Stoikovish - Have you seen his contract.

if Artest stays we really have no need for a SF, but if we get a good SG i'd trade Artest for one. Ray Allen would be a great fit. i really dont know what we need. maybe more depth at SG, but not a star because the defense duo of Artest and Battier is too good. I think we can go far with this current unit without Yao.

Out of all of those Rip moves the best without the ball which is important in a motion offense. Ray is good too. I'd take Rip, then Ray, then Joe Johnson.

I thought I had already seen every conceivable misspelling of his name, but I stand corrected.

Any Argentine or Spaniard player, international players in general not from Brazil nor Mexico.

His princeston offense is a copy of FIBA Flex offense (a more complex Princeston) and mainly Argentina and Spain run them all the time.

Yugoslavian players used to be very good at this, but now they have gone more "NBA" on their teaching and they are not using it that much. Same for Rusia.

I've long said that Jason Terry is a perfect fit for our team and that if we had him we would win a championship. Plays hard every game, good defense, outstanding offensive player. I would also like to throw Mike Miller's name out there. Both are versatile scorers that can spread the floor, either one of these guys off the bench would be dynamite

You find a coach to fit a team not trade a team to fit a coach.

wrong, the lakers have they record they do now because the found the PLAYERS, phil jackson has been here for years and without shaq they spent years finding the right fits for him to have a another chance at a ring

shane battier, rafer alston, stromile swift were all brough in to fit jeff van gundys defensive stylee, and what happened? they had the best defense in the nba almost all of those years with jeff

wen u build your team around the coach thats when you have success..

doc rivers isnt making the celtics win, its rando, allen and garnett, ALL players who werent there wen rivers just got there

Yao will never be traded. Ever. The only person in the NBA who might generate more revenue for a ballclub than Yao Ming is POSSIBLY Lebron James. And I doubt that. So long as Yao Ming is making this franchise one of the most profitable in the NBA, they will never consider trading him. It doesn't matter how lop sided the trade is. The NBA is still a business.

Will people ever learn to accept this?
