So this is what T-Mac was wasting his time on last summer when he should have been rehabbing?

    Selfish, lazy jerk.

I'm inclined to agree. While the subject matter is obviously very different, the "Doing Work" documentary felt kind of haphazard and lacked cinematographic value IMO. This, on the other hand, was edited very well and very educational.

    T-mac: "Is this safe?"
T-mac: "what did I get myself into"
T-mac " im more then a basketball player"

Is that right? For some reason, I thought it was summer 2007.

(edit) .... Der, that would be two years ago, not last summer. My mistake.

Watched about half of it so far. It's VERY good. It's really interesting to see how McGrady is this coddled rich guy ("no one will sit in front of you, Tracy.") who undergoes an eye-opening and likely life-changing experience.

Agree with the above posters--this is FAR superior to Kobe doin' work.

It wasn't meant to be funny.

Yes, it was. Durvasa is being sarcastic, so he is basically calling himself selfish for wanting Tracy to work on basketball when he was doing something obviously more important than basketball.

Self-deprecating humor, meet RMGEEGEE. RMGEEGEE, meet Self-decprecating humor.

You got the intent, but honestly I wasn't trying to make anyone laugh. People give T-Mac a hard time for not spending enough time working on basketball. Just trying to point out that there are more important things he's been doing in his life than training for our entertainment.

That said, I incorrectly thought he visited Africa last summer ... it was two summers ago.

Sarcasm is a form of humor.

I think the "Selfish, lazy jerk" bit was aimed at McGrady, not himself.

They are obviously not synonymous. Sarcasm CAN be humorous, not "sarcasm IS humorous".

This was an obvious jab at people who diss McGrady, and I'm not sure why this has become a discussion.

Who deserves an apology, TMac? Has this become the PC police board while was out today?
