I'm pretty bummed about EA losing the MLB license and thereford not putting out a new MLB baseball game. I frankly don't care about MVP 06 NCAA Baseball. I like playing MLB teams with REAL players. I could care less about college baseball. So my question is...is anyone out there making a MLB game this year for the PC??? I know MLB Y26 is going to be out for PS2, XBOX360, PSP...not PC. Thanks
I'm stuck in the same dilema. I'm actually still playing the very buggy MVP baseball 2004. I get roster updates from online, that's why I love having it on PC.
IIRC, only Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, and Take Two (2K Sports) can make a baseball game with the official license. However, I think only TT and Sony are actually trying to make a baseball game, and they don't support the PC AFAIK. Might be out of luck there, unless TT changes their stance...which is entirely possible I guess some time down the line (more $$$).
Thank stinks. I already sold MVP 2005. I wanted to play in the new Busch Field and stuff. I usually buy new every year...this bites. Oh well...maybe I need to finally invest in a XBOX360 or PS3.
mvpmods.com They are working on a modified version of MVP 2005 that will have updated rosters and other stuff.
