    What should I expect?

Do you just find private lots like at Minute Maid? As in will it just be like $5 if I;m willing to walk 3 or 4 blocks?

What about the garage? Is it for season ticket holders only? price?

Also, can someone suggest how to get there from 10 West? I'm not so familiar with downtown, and I know the 59 South exit has been closed on 10 West, so the directions on the Rockets site are useless to me.

if you get there early enough you may be able to find free parking on the street, otherwise, it's private parking lots and i bet they will be gouging...

Go to mapquest.com or Yahoo maps to get directions.

The PArking garage is for Season ticket holders only.

From 10W, take Smith Exit, then go all the way to Clay, turn left.
Best parking for you would be the HPD parking garage on Clay @ San Jacinto (2 blocks north of TC). Entrance is on Clay (right side), just after Fannin

OR the Pitney Bowes parking garage on Clay @ Fannin (3 blocks north), entrance is on Clay right after Main (left side).

Both are $5, covered parking garages.

Remember it's still a workday, so garages are normally full until about 5:30pm.

    Hope this helps.

Like RockHead said, if you get there early you can park along the streets at the parking meters for free.

Otherwise expect to pay $5 for parking.
