My girlfriend lives at some mediocre apartments off of Buffalo Speedway here by Reliant, anyways, to make a short story shorter, ALL uncovered parking spots are taken, even the spaces where there is an entrance ramp and you aren't supposed to park. We parked in covered parking without a permit. If we(she) gets towed do you think arguing with the apartment about it will hold any water? They should have enough parking that isn't covered. Damn, the rent is almost $1000/month anyways.
You have to renew covered parking for about $150 or so /lease. Her lease is 6 months. Nice to see them sticking it to the residents.

I got a parking ticket a month or so ago because of a similar situation. They closed our parking lot so they could re paint the lines after they resurfaced it. Well, it was like 2 days and they still hadn't done it any more and more people were returning back to College Station because of school starting up. I got a $110 parking ticket from the city because I parked too close to a stop sign in a neighborhood. there was absolutely NO parking anywhere around my apartment, ridiculous. Where the **** did they expect me to park?!
