There was a story in the local news a few weeks ago about a woman who locked her 8YO child in her car for a daylight work shift. The child died and the woman was convited of manslaugher, I think.
How stupid can one person be, if the kids asked, why not say something like ...oh...I don't know....maybe......NO, you can't ride in the trunk. Thank GOD those kids are all right. DD
