I just tried Panda Express for the first time tonight. I believe they just moved into the Houston area. As fast food goes, it was really good. They don't have a big selection, but what they do have is excellent. The orange chicken was great. One of the better fast food restaurants out there in my opinion.
ONly the Panda express in Vegas serves Udon. Or at least my cousin tells me everytime the restaurant or Vegas is mentioned. Pass it on
It's ok. I didn't really like it. For the price I paid, I was expecting white meat chicken, but they only use dark meat.
Its "aight", then again, im filipino and eat Chinese fast food all the time. They've had the one off of West Road/45 open for about 2 years now, used to go there time to time when I used to work at Imperial Valley/Beltway 8, but would rather go to the Chinese place in Greenspoint Mall and get the same food, same price but twice as much.
There's a brand new one just off of 59 on HWY 6 going north. Got a drive thru and everything so I know I'll be hitting it. Of course, Pei Wei is just across the street so I may stick with them.
Lil Pun, you number one. Chinese food would sound good in the middle of the woods on a Tuesday with slightly cloudy weather, not to mention any other time.
I went to the one on Weslayen with co-workers and we all hated it. From then on out, we called it "the Nasty Panda".
Awful... awful chinese food.. It's this bad: China border > China Panda Express Where to start... prices are high.. yet the portions and quality are low.. worst eggrolls i've ever had.. bland wonton soup, BLAND, which speaks volumes of how bad it is considering it's a "comfort" food.. even your basic chinese rice.. sucked... Aunty Chang's Dumpling house all the way.
I used to eat at Panda Express all the time when I lived in LA, but with so many good Chinese restaurants 10-15 minutes away (along Bellaire west of Gessner) I probably will never eat at Panda Express in Houston.
