So we are going to panama next week for a week. We don't have any specific plans right now. Has anyone else been? Is there anything that is a must see/must do?

Or these types of people. You won't want to wear hats around them as there will be copious amounts of bat speed connecting to absolute nothingness
I hear it is nice in Pedasi, great beaches and fresh seafood of all types. Look forward to visiting Panama one day, please let us know how it goes.
My dad's from Panama and I usually go every summer. Must see: The Canal - It's incredible how it works, they take you on a tour, shouldn't cost too much. Old Panama - Not too far from Panama city is some ruins of old Panama before it was bombarded by Pirates in the 1500's. It's amazing that these structures are still up. Boquete - Beautiful place with many festivals on the weekends, if your wife/women likes flowers and gardening, Boquete is probably one of the most abudant places when it concerns types of flowers. Must do's: Attend a festival - Panamanians part like CRAZY, they drink they have fun, and most of all, they're very happy and non violent people (unless you go to a Colon [Province] party). You WILL get wet, so if you hate being sprayed with water, don't go. Downtown Nightlife - Mini South beach except much safer. VERY good casino's. Go to Coiba (the island) - The water is crystal clear, amazing boat ride, great food, alot of alcohol. nuff said. There's much more things to do like going to the beaches, surfing deep sea fishing, motor vehicle events etc.
