Living in a small town in Alaska, it is quite possible the nearest doctor was in Canada. It a nice rhetorical accusation, but there's not a lot of substance to criticize here.
That's what I thought also, but I don't think it absolves her from criticism. she trusted evil socialist healthcare, its at least hypocritical.
So while growing up, she (or more likely, her parents) sought health care in Canada, and I'm supposed to offer moral outrage? I'd need WAAAAAAAAAY more info about this story before even beginning to form an opinion.
well, since it was "while growing up" it might not be hypocritical but still, if she had a good experience with true socilized medicine, she shouldn't walk around talking about death panels.
I know this is all in fun..... But she wouldn't have been subject to the Canadian death panels, as she was not a part of of the Canadian health care system. She would have shown up with her American health plan -- or cash.... JV's spot on as usual. Except you're not supposed to take these threads seriously.
