Monday, October 2 Boston sends Pack, Cheaney for Herren, Stith By Andy Katz ESPN.com A source confirmed that the Boston Celtics have completed a trade with Denver, sending Robert Pack and Calbert Cheaney to Denver for Chris Herren and Bryant Stith. The trade can't be announced until Oct. 16 because Pack was traded to the Celtics on Aug. 16 (NBA rules prohibit a trade within 60 days of each other). The Celtics held their media day Monday and Cheaney and Pack were not in attendance. The source said all four players were informed of the trade. Pack, a 6-2 guard, averaged 8.9 points and 5.8 assists with the Mavericks last season. Cheaney, a 6-7 forward, averaged 4.0 points and 2.1 rebounds for Boston. At Denver, the 6-5 Stith averaged 5.6 points and 1.9 rebounds per game, while Herren, a 6-2 guard, averaged 3.1 points and 2.5 assists. ------------------ In order to be a success in life, you need 2 things: 1.
