It could be argued that the Rockets have some decent bigs that might not see much playing time this year, namely Jordan Hill and Patrick Patterson. That said, we are not exactly deep at the SF anymore. We could use a long, athletic, talented wing down the line, right?

    PF
    Luis Scola
    Chuck Hayes
    Jordan Hill
    Patrick Patterson
    Anthony Johnson
    C
    Yao Ming
    Brad Miller

The Pacers are trying to unload one of their wings to add some depth to the frontcourt after losing Troy Murphy.

    SG
    Brandon Rush
    Mike Dunleavy
    Lance Stephenson
    SF
    Danny Granger
    Dahntay Jones
    James Posey
    Paul George

One would imagine they'd like to take a look at their own lotto pick rookie first. Hell, even NYK spent half a season before deciding to dump Jordan Hill.

Is Dahntay Jones any good? I'd take him as a 3rd string SF.

Picture Von Wafer with more hops and no jumpshot.

Dang, I really like our team now....and unless we could get Granger it would be a risky move....as George might or might not ever really be that good.

His dribbling is suspect, but I like what I heard about him...

It would be tempting to dangle Hill for him...and maybe squeeze out a pick too....lol.

Yeah, you are probably right. I wonder how Indiana is going to get a big. They will get nothing for Dunleavy or Posey. I wonder if George could be on his way out in the same way that Collison was pushed out because of his position with Paul in front of him. I bet the Pacers would LOVE to have Chuck Hayes or Jordan Hill to fill the huge hole they have at PF...

    Darren Collison
    Brandon Rush
    Danny Granger
    Jordan Hill
    Roy Hibbert

Would be a niceeeee young core to build around...

No, nothing like Wafer. Dahntay Jones can actually play some defense, and is a pretty explosive player that relies on athleticism to succeed. Nonetheless, he's pushing 30, so I'd say pass.

Outside of Granger none of those guys are worth it.

Paul George reminds me of T-mac when he first came into the league-stick thin, but with good scoring instincts and the ability to use his height to get his shot off.

With Yao and Brad Miller firmly entrenched in the C spot and Scola and Patterson in the 4 there's no way Hill will be getting PT. A swap of Hill for George actually sounds pretty good.

Ehhh unless it's Granger, I'll pass. I don't wanna see anyone taking C-Buds PT.

I don't see them parting with Paul George. They are clearly very high on him and just drafted him.

I know Morey appeared interested in Rush around draft time.. His early career has been pretty disappointing but if they are confident in B.Miller i could see a J.Hill for B.Rush and protected future first rounder. I think this would be far more likely around the deadline though.

I know some ppl on down on Hill, but I think he will improve a lot with more NBA experience. He's our only long, athletic big who can actually block shots along with his rebounding. Isn't that what a lot of us have been wanting for a while? The rest of our bigs are slow, unathletic, and/or undersized.
