The Timberwolves are offering the Pacers Jonny Flynn and the 16th and 23rd picks for a package that includes Indiana's 10th pick.

According to Mike Wells of the Indy Star, the Pacers have turned down an offer from Minnesota.

    What are they thinking???

That team needs a PG and they are turning down basically a 6th overall pick from last year....

What else was included in the package being sent back to Minny from the Pacers?

I believe Brandon Rush may have been in it.

    I'm not too sure though...

I think the Pacers will trade for a PG they like better than Flynn. Maybe Collison. I think there is a 75% chance the Hornets package the #11 pick with a bad contract to a team like the Thunder or Pacers.

I wonder if the player they want at #10 will be available at #14.

I loved Flynn last year before the draft. And if his stock is this low right now, I'd love for Morey to get him and move down. Lowry is a good player, but Flynn has much more upside and give us one of the best PG combo in the league.

Flynn was thought of really highly before last season. Minny had an overall bad year for all players.

I don't know about "best", but if you're talking "mostundersizedbest" then I think you're spot on. Isn't Flynn even smaller than Lowry?

Flynn was overrated by the twolves last season...they picked him higher than he should have gone, so it's not really a 6th pick frm last year, more like what should have been a 10th

So you're saying if CP3 was available, you'd pass on him because our PG position would be too small?

Flynn as a prospect was thought of as the best floor leader of all. Which, of course, was useless in Minnesota seeing as how they're crap.
