I REALLY hope that was sarcasm. It had to be.

Walton is the biggest moron and douchebag of an announcer on the planet.

    "If Houston loses this game..."
-Bill 'Weed' Walton on the Rockets having a 3 point lead with 2.7 seconds left in the game and the ball.

I swear he is so Costapated that he NEEDS to find anything to crap on.

    I don't think he's top 50, but I can see the argument.

Miller was an excellent shooter for a long time, and while he wasn't as one dimensional as some would claim... he wasn't a truly great scorer, either.

He was also excellent for a long time... but he was never quite dominant.

I will always have respect for the guy, he wasn't always dominant, but I remember when he was lighting Jordan up in the 98 conference finals, how can you not have respect for that? He kept them in that series, and I remember many other moments like that against the Knicks, Magic, and other teams. He's had a great career, and I respect the guy, in his prime, I'd give him top50.

Reggie Top 50 in so many ways. Magic tried to get him to 'come home' to SoCal's Lakes and Reggie stayed loyal.

Had Reggie played his career in LaLaLand or New York City or wid Da Bulls he would be regarded for all his accomplishments(and then so many more).

Reggie's "8 points in 8 seconds" feat alone puts him up there in my books. Plus anybody that can cheat as much as him and not get caught has to be considered one of the legends!

I would definitely consider him top 50 of all-time. And like Xiki said, he's stayed loyal to the Pacers forever, and I respect that

I don't recall hearing this, about what year was this? I can't imagine Shaq getting it downlow than kicking it out to Reggie. That would be unstoppable.

    Oh the irony.

You do realize that Walton is usually sarcastic right? If not, then it's YOU who is the biggest moron and a douchebag if you hate Walton because you believe everything he sarcastically says.

Reggie's easily a top-50 guy. He was always performing best when the pressure was really on. A guy that clutch has to be top-50.

Even 'Nique didn't make it in the top 50, I don't see why Miller should.

For a guy with career #s of:
    18.6 pts/gm
    3.10 reb/gm
    3.0 ast/gm
    1.11 stl/gm
    That's borderline HOF.

Due to his great FT% (.886), 3pt% (.398), good FG% (.473, not great, but they are mostly 18+ footers), and clutchness in playoffs, He's definately a HOF, but not top 50.

For the people who argue for his inclusion, who should he have replaced? Actually, which 2 should he have replaced, since 'Nique should go before him (IMO).

As much as I dislike Quitten, I think he belongs in the top 50.

Even if we agreed that Quitten don't belong... the spot goes to 'Nique. Are you willing to say that Miller is better than 'Nique?

I'm a bit biased because he is one of my favorite players of all-time...right up there with Hakeem and Clyde.

But...his shooting is great of course, everyone knows that. He's hit more threes than anyone else in NBA history. His defense, though, I have always felt is underated. Nobody could contain Jordan, but I always thought Reggie did about as good a job as anyone could.

    He's on my Top 50.
