Just wanted to know if anyone here has done P90X, and if you are happy with the results? What equipment did you use dumbbells or bands, and which one is better in your opinion?
My girlfriend has it. I haven't used it religiously, but just from time to time. I can tell you that the workouts really do kick your ass.

I would be willing to guess at least 75% of the people who buy P90X don't use it. It's probably more like 90%. It's a good dust collector on the DVDs rack.
I recommend it, it works but it's a tough routine. I recommend doing cardio on yoga day because yoga sucks.
i've just heard of this new exercise...apparently its like a new fad, i believe its called jogging or yogging with a soft j...has anybody tried this?
You have to be very careful with P90X. It's really intense and I know some doofus who blew out his knee from the warmup section LOL
