With the addition to James and with Sura almost back.

    TMAC
    SURA
    WESLEY
    JAMES
    BARRY

That has to be the best depth in L.

And even if there is a team that is kind of close to our 1 2 3, they don't have a big man!

Nash, Joe Johnson, Qrich, Marion (dont argue he is a PF), JJ. Is better.

    Kidd, Carter, Jefferson (arguable)

Ridnour, Daniels, Allen, Lewis, Radman (more effective).

Were solid, but I dont know if were the best.

Lets see who are better at the 1-2-3
    Phoenix
    Nets
    Kings
    Detroit(possible)
    Orlando;)
    Wizards
    Sonics
    Dallas
The fact is that Mcgrady is great. But wesley is not so good same as barry. I like our team but there are teams with better backcourts. but i have to agree that in depth we have a pretty good backcourt, Our subs are possbile better then some of the subs i just mentioned(like the nets). but the starters of those teams are just better IMHO.

on the other hand T-Mac is great and i wouldn't trade our backcourt for any in the league.:D

Phoenix maybe. Nobody else has the depth at the 1, 2, 3 though. Can anybody beat us at a 1, 2, 3, 5 depth chart?

    TMAC
    SURA
    WESLEY
    JAMES
    BARRY
    YAO
    MUTOMBO

On paper, minus the 4, I'd say we're tops.

At the end of the season, I wonder who'll be better at 1,2,3,4,5?

    :p ;)

I've been thinking the same thing lately. It used to be clear when we played teams like the Mavericks that we had a talent deficit.

With a healthy Bob Sura, the only position that we are not rock solid at is the 4. We obviously lack a little explosion/athleticism in the 4 and 5 positions.

We know that JVG can get these guys to play defense. Now they just have to step up. If Yao asserts himself and we control the boards, we can beat any team in the league.

Do we have the chemistry and the heart to win a championship? That remains to be seen.

They may not be the best combination. but as for performance/salary ratio, they are the best any NBA team can get

there's no arguing about it ... he's a Power Forward - if you play the power forward spot - you're a power forward.

their 1,2,3 is Nash, Q, and Joe Johnson (with Jim Jackson... who has not be as good there as he was here)

that being said, the Suns (without Marion) are still more dynamic

when sura comes back, we are one piece away from a championship run. spoon and baker should combine to make a nice package next year due to their ending contracts. if we can bring in a 4 that can rebound and defend......:D

No, we are gonna trade the expiring contracts + our first round pick next year to the Hornets for crap. (like what we did with Utah two years ago for Glen Rice)

Parker, Manu with McGrady sounds fine, but with parker demanding that kind of money, and with Jeff Van Gundy..
