Lopez jumping on the Scola bandwagon and loading on Alston and others after he said "Alston is the ROX need at PG"

"Scola is something else, too. And it's what Rockets fans will like best about this deal.
He is unselfish. And I mean truly unselfish on a basketball court, which is the most difficult attribute players at the highest level of the game possess.
Scola doesn't just talk about "team" with empty words, like a Bonzi Wells.
He's not unselfish only when it's convenient, like a Rafer Alston. He's not the "facilitator," as McGrady has called himself, only on nights when his back is barking".

I see the Rafer fans meltdown coming in the horizon.

You can almost sense the fear that they know he's truly dispensible, making up phrases and talking about his playmaker skills as if he's Jason Kidd.

Lopez is trying to save face but we know he's a dead beat writer who has to lash for attention.

dude, why would you think that I am a Rafer fan, you have dearly offended me :D

I could care less if he is back or not, but I would rather see him go becasue we got rid of James to get him and now we have both of them on the team and that can not be a ggod thing.

What about the criticism of Tmac. He always find his way out of playing bad.

"Oh I dont wanna score I wanna pass"

"Let yao do everything i want him to be MVP"

The truth was that it was too hard for him. To much...let him just be a scorer and a passer dont make him run the whole team.

Geez, get over it. Does your hatred for Rafer Alston consume you so much that you must twitch like an electrocuted fish at every mention of his name?

Some of you people take things way too seriously. When it all comes down to it, Rafer Alston is still an NBA player who makes tons more money than you do, and who doesn't care a lick about what you say about him. So what if some people actually appreciate the few good things he does on the court? Does it really bother you that much that someone else has the gall (*gasp*) to appreciate the good in Rafer Alston?

Rafer is not being appreciated in that article. It was one of his two faced bandwagon fans who has turned his back on him.

Furthermore, I can post my opnions as much as I feel according to the TOS.

This is NOT a thread dedicated to the love of Rafer or the well being of his finances. Don't think that you nor your opinions matter any more than any other poster on this site.

That said, I hope he gets booted from the Rockets so you and I never need to talk about him again. Now don't hijack Egypt's thread any longer.
