I hope he re signs. I have high hopes. I don’t think he’s ready to start but I think he needs 20mpg. Ibaka could be a great mentor.
Yes he has talent. I just think if he played in Middle School, High School years ago maybe he wouldve developed better as a player. Better IQ on defense.
The Rockets need more defensive minded players. Really it starts from Daryl that he needs to change. Priorities Youth, Acquire picks from trades, stop throwing away 1st Rd Picks Defensive Quickness, Laterally needs to move their feet. (Lou Dort) type The Rockets now need a Center who move his feet against Guards, Strong enough to defend Giannis. (Bam Adebayo) type.
