    I had posted on clutchfans at the end of last year when we had a prototype on the app store. And at the time, we thought we would have the full version of the game and an Android version by spring. However things took way longer! We finally have both the Ios and the Android version out. We are testing everything for the next few weeks, before we start a heavy marketing campaign in October. Here is a short video about the game http://youtu.be/RtlJLIbfAQo

    Right now the paid version of Ios is free for the next few days, until we release the free version. If you download it you will never have to deal with Ads, and you get group play up to 6 players. Both free and paid are available on Android.

    My advice is to make a quick 30-60 second YouTube clip that does a walkthrough on the game so people know what it is about before downloading.

    It's fun. I've got 2 games going now, trying to get a group one. Thanks! I had surgery today so this was great for passing time.

    You didn't feel the website did a good enough job animating the general premise? Or were you more so referring a video specifically for the thread?

    I mean for your website. You're creating a party type game so people need to see a demo of it used in that sort of environment. If not a YouTube video, a better overview with clearer screenshots on your website. Until you get trendy and featured on the AppStore, you need to dumb it down to get as many new players as possible. This is especially true if you're going to release a paid app. I also work in game development too btw.

    You're right. We're actually working on a 15 second video ad for our campaign. Maybe we can incorporate it on the site as well.

    That's a good start. I would focus more on the different game modes and examples so people get a clear idea of what is going on in the game.

    This is really nice with great production quality. Good to take some cues from Zyngas "with Friends" titles for monetization and virality... but most importantly, first play retention.
