Wasn't she a Trinity Church attendee as well? How come very, very little has been said about the most powerful woman in America? I know she's not a politician but she is a powerful celebrity and has come out in support of a particular candidate over the rest (her fellow Trinity Church guy, Obama), meaning that she's ceased being 'apolitical' and should be treated as such. OK, I will admit it, I don't really care about Oprah or her view. Frankly, I just want Dr. Phil to go away for good, so can we blackmail Oprah into doing it or what?
Probably the same reason no one says that all the other thousands of Trinity members or the tens of thousands of Jerry Falwell followers, or Presidents who associated with him had terrible judgement. Apparently only Obama automatically shares all of the views of his Pastor.
