not sure this is in the right forum but, whatever happened to the links on the homepage of the opposing teams local paper before or after a game? Anyone know what im talking about? I loved readings those inserts just as much as the bbs itself. Who was in charge of that? what happen and how do we get that back?
i like it cause it gave you a POV from the opponents perspective. Also you could find quotes on the other teams players you cant get from chron.
looks like Paul is actually complaining about the calls "They were getting to the line, " Paul said. "We had three fouls with nine minutes left in the fourth quarter, and that takes away some of your aggressiveness defensively. Anytime you bump into them, they're going to the line with two shots." what a baby.. i lost respect for him after seeing him flop, hearing him cry and now reading him cry. Its a shame hes too good to be like that
Ironically the Seattle PI just stopped doing its print edition yesterday. So you have a city without an NBA team OR a major metro daily.
a) doesn't look the best when you reply to your own thread 3 times before anyone else does. b) if it's not there, it's not there - just google (city name + news) for them. A quick browse through the rumors section of H00PSHYPE will give you the names of almost all the local beat papers.
Yep, do as described above: Google it. I looked quite a bit at the Orlando Sentinel when we traded Rafer, just to see fan comments. You can also look for fan forums on Google too; I find those entertaining, quite often.
True. With the amount of crap we take as a team (particularly in the playoffs) you don't see anyone on the current non-Tracy team talking like that. Thank goodness.
