He is a rookie 6'9" and 290 pounds. He led the Wisards with 6.9 RBDS per game. He looked pretty good against the Rockets but have not seen him in any other games. Has anyone else seen him play?? Would he be a worthwhile pickup?

Here are some of his highlights from last season.

I dont think Jahidi would come here after what Francis did to him. [IMG]

If u dont know wat i'm talkin about, check the best 10 highlighs of the season!

BUT, on the real... I dont think White would accept a position as a 3rd string center behind Cato and Hakeem. he'd only play if Hakeem got injured... but at 6'9 and 290 pounds, he'd be a nice backup.

He's better suited as a PF than Cato....and 6'9 can't be a center, we're already an undersized team....but if we could pick him up and pay him as a PF, let him get, an average of 8-9 boards per game, that would be great.....

Zo is 6'10'' and I'm pretty sure most people agree he's one of the top 3 centers in the league.

As far as Jahidi White goes, forget about it. He's a restricted free agent, and all we can offer him is the exception, which the Wizards will most definitely match.

The more lefties on your team, the better.
Collier is Seven Foot and Left Handed. How can you go wrong?

Would MJ like to have some of the $4.5 million trade exception? Didn't I just read on the front page that White played with Francis, Norris, and Mobley in a DC summer game (along with Jerome Williams)? The key number for White is not 6'9", but rather 290 pounds. He's a center.
