The following players are available:

Billy Wagner
Pedro Gonzales
Nate Denson
Jess Lewis

Morgan Ensberg could also be available.

In return I want major league ready SP, maybe an extra OF and possibly cash.
Let me know if there is any interest.

I have somewhat of an abundance of SP, with young guys coming up soon, so I need to clear up some room. Both of these guys are very cheap, and pretty decent pitchers. I want young prospects in return...say, 20 and under. A young closer would be nice, but if not I'd want position players.

Arizona has the following available:

OF Bubba Trammell - 34 - average in hits and walks and good in homers, had over 30 homers and 100 rbis last season for me batting generally 7th in the line-up, makes 3.25 million with 2 years left (counting this upcoming season)

SP Robert Person - 36 - good in hits, poor in homers, average in walks and strikeouts with C Duration. He is in the last year of a 4 million contract. Don't let the poor in homers trouble you...he held opponents to like a .257 average and led the staff in wins with 15 last season.

Why are they available, you ask? Well, younger players have come up in Griffin and Dittfurth that are ready.

I would love bullpen help but a prospect would be good as well, and a starter that is major league ready might be best of all but I won't be expecting that.

Castor,

I know I traded Lewis to you, and I feel like devestata for asking this, but would you be interested in Trammell for Lewis??

I would if you could throw in some cash to help cover his contract. I have no money because I won the World Series and the game still had me with a 59 in fan rating.

How about 4.5 million?? Do you think that will work?

ok, I have way too many players at 3B with the addition of Hill. They are all pretty cheap, and can contribute.

Fernando Tatis - AGA, good in doubles, OPS usually around .800. Solid player.

Brandon Larson - GAA, hasn't started yet, from Reds. Still on rookie contract.

Tomas Perez - GFF, can play 2B, SS, 3B all well. As a starter on OOTP, he's always hit about .315- .320 for me. He has better pop than a normal fair home run hitter... usually ended up with 15 or so.

One of them has to go... there are just too many. I need a starting pitcher, since I had to give Lowe to get Hill. I don't need some stud pitcher... just someone pretty serviceable. Salaries aren't that big of a deal - my payroll now is at about 63 mil, and my revenue is usually at 78 mil, so I can take a lot of cap. However, that doesn't mean I'll necessarily take some huge, bloated contract... but it's a possibility, depending on the player.

Well, I am going ahead to say that I am tired of this team.

A fire sale is in order!

No one is safe, although minor league prospects will be hard to obtain (Snyder, Lewis, Ray, etc.).

This means players like Millar, Thome, Durazo, Relaford, Griffey, Redmond, Nen, Anderson, etc are available.

If you are interested, you can email me (it is next to my profile) or post in the thread.

ok, I really do need pitching help, especially with starters and maybe a reliever. To get it, I'm offering 22 year-old lefty starter Deon Davila (good-brilliant-good-brilliant) for a good current pitcher or two, not older than 31. If you need to dump salary, want to go younger, or anything, let me know. I am interested.

Still pondering over my toughest OOTP decision yet.

For those of you that don't know, Joe Borchard is available.
I pissed him off with offers from 5 to 7 million. It appears he wants more around 10. So my options are: trade him before July 31, or un-piss him off by offering him 20 million for 1 and hoping he'll be in a happier mood in next year's negotiations.

I have received some nice offers which I am considering. At the same time, I also have the urge to go ahead and pull that 20 million trigger.

Feel free to make more offers.

Oh, Todd Phelps is available too.

Trading deadline is fast approaching and the only players that have been traded have been Aurilia and Bottalico.

Nearly everyone (including Mario Ramos) on the major league roster is available.

Millar, Thome, Durazo, Relaford, Griffey, Sean Lowe, Nen, etc. all fall into this group.

I need pitching help desperately, especially starting pitching.

If interested, let me know.

I've got some pretty solid players in AAA, both young and old, that are ready for the majors.

These include:
SP D.Comerford -- Average Good Average Good C
RF M.Lafon -- Average Average Brilliant D D E
1B W.Aceves-- Average Good Brilliant B E D
CF S.Wilton -- Average Average Average B A B

I've also got a lot of SP prospects that I could deal, basically anyone outside of Gray, Haren, Dewitt, and Brown.

I'd really like to trade for a good young Closer prospect. Other than that, I'd want position players.

Manny-
I'm somewhat interested in Nenn, but the catch is that you'd have to take Craig Wilson back in the deal.

DHR,

I could deal Nen to you and take Wilson back but I would really want Haren and probably another SP like Rekar. However, I could give you a starter back to replace Rekar and if you included Gray as well you could get Millar. I'll try to take on some other bad contracts like Wilson's to help balance out the salaries. I'll be in the chat tonight by 9 but probably before then. Let me know if dealing Haren and/or Gray is something you would consider for Nen and Millar or not.

Well, for some reason the computer is freezing up every time I try to get into chat.

But anyway, Manny...
I really have no room for Millar, and I can't trade Haren or Rekar, so I don't know if that'll work out. The best I can do is maybe Wilson and Weslowski or Jones.

kbm, you can IM me at mboss03, or email me.
