Here is how team claims will be made: Everyone has the option to keep their current team. If you want your team you have them. If you do not want your team then please let me know below so I can free them up for someone else. If you want to claim a team that is open we will have a post off Monday night at 7:00 pm cst. I will start a thread for this around that time (just like in FBB you can have someone claim a team for you if you will not be here). For those of you that want to claim a team that someone else already has. There is a way. I will allow bargaining for teams. For instance, if someone wanted Minnesota and I had them. They could propose a trade and trade me one of my players to go with me for a lesser player to go with them. An example would be for me to take Torrii Hunter with me and they would take a scrub A ball player. The only stipulation to this is that a player from each team has to be included (to complete trades you have to have players from both sides). all trades have to be approved through me but I am going to be very, very lenient on what I will allow. I will start it off by saying I am not going to keep Minnesota. I am going to choose a team after everyone else chooses unless Buck decides he does not want to keep Houston. If so I will move back to them. I am also leaving in an old precednet that was established long ago but need to talk to a couple of people before I post about it. Anyone new that wants to join the sim feel free to start now. Everyone will be on even footing so it would be a good time to get your feet wet. Anyone that was a member before and wants to rejoin is also welcome. With the exception of Devestata, he will never be back in as long as I am commisioner.
Consider Cleveland freed up. Too bad I could not go out the way I planned with me retiring with Ryan, but I'm not about to do this all over again. So, you are retiring from this sim? Baltimore is available; however, be advised that if a couple of my choices are gone, I may go back to them, but hopefully that won't happen.

Since I waffled a bit earlier, I am posting to make it official: I'm staying in the land of Rice a Roni and Metallica to get my favorite player, Barrinald Lamar Bonds, his championship ring. Thats right, the Giants are staying under my guidance and we will win this time, I promise you that.
