Btw Chuck. I would recommend you try an offer them these contracts initially to see if they take them as that would be easier. Because every manually edited contract would have been for the ongoing season too, so all the contracts you manually put in you will have to add a year so the extension get their right lenght.
The way the game works, it should take all the salaries again. IT uses a formula to decide whether a playe rwould accept the contract or not. If the player is close to being exactly the same from the previous sim then they should accept the same contracts
