Man, I remember watching that draft... Pretty disappointed about that one too.

Very nice list. Drew was supposed to be this great guard in the making... I kept waiting for it to happen. Lol, I think he was pretty much drafted just because of that shot in college. Must be nice to get a shot on 3 teams and still get paid like ~$7 million.

Walter had a heralded college career. When he was picked up by the Rockets I really enjoyed watching his game. He would often scoop up the ball like Otis Thorpe with one hand but he'd use momentum instead of relying on large hands. He had a knack for finishing like Lewis Lloyd & Harden; however, he did it with a different style since his body type was thiner--e.g. Jalen Rose.

I always wondered why he left. During those days we needed him. He was a better player than Buck Johnson.

That's what I rememeber about him. A left handed Lou Lloyd minus the coke.

I recall Larry Michaeaux tried out but didn't make it.

Chris Jent is an assistant with the original Lebron cavs.

Shandon Anderson is a chef in Miami I believe it was posted here.

Popeye Jones is a hockey dad. I believe his son was drafted I think number 2 overall.

I'm assuming Mo Taylor still lives in the Houston area. He had a brief stint with an italian club. Some team called Armani Jeans Milan. He sometimes shows up on Root Sports.

Roderick Rhodes sells insurance in Sugar Land as someone posted.

Charlie Ward used to coach football here.

DOH. Number 8. You knew it was a blowout when Hank and Craig Ehlo got in the game.

Ok. Richard Anderson. Number 40.. Hell I think he had 6 points to open against the lakers in 86.

Don't forget Granny Waiters and his lay up vs. The Nuggets in 86 double OT

Connor Henry was a lanky guard that we kept coming out of camp over Craig Ehlo. Henry washed out quickly here and played with the Celtics a little.

always wanted Larry Micheaux to break out but that never happened.

I used to see Emanuel Davis at memorial park every night a few years ago. We got to talking one night at the stretch area and at the time he told me he was coaching HS basketball at a private school. He was very nice. We talked about his time in NBA and basketball in general for about 45 minutes. Genuine nice guy.

Add to that: Chucky Brown is a scout for the Pelicans.
