If I rent a car though priceline or another online site for a week and bring it back early do I get refunded for the days not used?
and right now I found the best rates on priceline if anyone knows of a better site to use please let me know. thanks
Lot of tricky stuff in this situation. They probably will adjust the rates. Could be more per day or less. You may save a little or non at all. You may have to call them and give a closer timeline of rental so they can readjust.
I booked online via Priceline for 2 weeks car rental with Enterprise. I didn't need the car after about 10 days. They just pro-rated the overall charge. The charged me a week rate for the first seven days and then the daily rate for 3 extra days. (Initially I was quoted basically two full weekly rates) There was no penalty or anything for returning the car early. In the end I my final bill was around 250 USD as opposed to 299 USD for the full two weeks initial agreement. I didn't even fill the gas tank all the way back to the top and they didn't even bother to charge me for that. I would recommend Enterprise for any car rental. They usually have good rates and they pick up and drop you free of charge to where you need to be.
