    Right now, NO previously existing players have a leadership rating. I'll allow each GM to give 4 players on his team a new rating. You may give players:

    "some leadership"

    or

    "holds a team together"

    Also, please give me a "clutch" rating. IT can either be: normal, suffers, or great.


    You can give me 4 total new ratings. So post here.

    One other note: Numeric ratings are no longer available in updates (don't worry, I can't see them either).

    This should encourage everyone to rely on statistics instead of abstract ratings that don't really exist. The "talent" appraisal ratings are still available.

    All great in the clutch...

    Not sure if that's exactly what you're allowing...

    Your post makes it sound like you want us to choose a leadership and a clutch rating, so if that's the case, also add "holds clubhouse together" for all 4 players, if not, then just do the great clutch stuff...

    I hate this rating too, but I also hated John Rocker. Doesn't mean I won't take advantage of it. :)

    I'm confused about this one, too. I see several players who have clutch and leadership ratings listed in their player profiles. For example,

    Lance Berkman - great clutch, holds team together
    Joe Mauer - great clutch, some leadership ability
    Zeke Zeman - suffers in clutch, no leadership ability
    Brad Cresse - normal clutch, some leadership ability

    So are we adding 4 more players in addition to the ones already listed, or are the listed clutch and leadership ratings meaningless?

    I will come up with a list of 4 once the process is explained.

    He means pick 4 other guys who need help in those areas
    and give them one of the two ratings, I believe.

    I was wrong, evidently. I do know that there are more "normal" ratings in these categories than their should be, because the ootp discussion board says this. However, a few players do already have ratings in these attributes. No idea how the game selected which ones.

    You can give four total RATINGS to your players. You can give two to two, for instance.

    I'd like all my clutch ratings set at normal, I despise this rating.

    Also, Hollywood and Foster should be Holds Clubhouse Together.

    We do not believe in clutchness - just have it what the game had (until you turn clutchness off - I think that is easier than putting all to normal).

    Team Leaders:

    You guessed it:

    Ryan Anderson
    JD Martin

    Great to have a trio of pitching leaders (Jule is of course a leader already - nice of the game to recognize it) 8)

    I need some batters to lead this team too:

    Paul Rugg
    Bam-Bam Casey (the born leader - has to be as he is this young)

    I want these ratings changed please.
    Reece Kemp Great in clutch/Holds team together
    Casey Kunz Great Clutch
    Mark Prior Hold team together

    BTW not sure if you know this or if you did it on purpose but there is a setting to turn on and off the umber ratings. I like it better off but just thought i would mention it FYI.
