    From the <A Href="http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/story.hts/sports/797847">Houston Chronicle</a> a rumor had this:

According to sources, Phoenix offered the Rockets a package that included Anfernee Hardaway, Cliff Robinson and one of the Suns' reserve centers, likely Daniel Santiago or Ruben Garces.

Ummm, no. Even if Penny was at 100% no. Like it said in the article, Penny's contract would be an albatross. Penny is soft and unmotivated in recent years, and though he would be a nice SF at 100% he hasn't been in shape in about 2 years. Cliff Robinson would be the PERFECT SF, I would pursue a deal for him, maybe Cato and something else for Cliff. What do you guys think?

I say trade Cato for Clifford Robinson & draft pick

    Houston trades:
Kelvin Cato $5,333,333 to Phoenix (BYC Value $2,666,667)
    Carlos Rogers $2,200,000 to Phoenix
    trade exemption 1,163,760 to Phoenix

    Phoenix trades:
    Clifford Robinson $6,890,625 to Houston
This year's #1 draft pick. to Houston

    Wow, number 3.

No offense, but there's already two other topics clearly named talking about this same thing.

Check out tapes of Penny playing in last years playoffs and guarding Kobe while still not at 100%... he was a great player for them. He was awesome in the playoffs. You'd be crazy to turn down Penny at 100% + Robinson for Hakeem. But there's no way they'd make that trade if he was at 100%...
