Ummm, no. Even if Penny was at 100% no. Like it said in the article, Penny's contract would be an albatross. Penny is soft and unmotivated in recent years, and though he would be a nice SF at 100% he hasn't been in shape in about 2 years. Cliff Robinson would be the PERFECT SF, I would pursue a deal for him, maybe Cato and something else for Cliff. Check out tapes of Penny playing in last years playoffs and guarding Kobe while still not at 100%... he was a great player for them. He was awesome in the playoffs. You'd be crazy to turn down Penny at 100% + Robinson for Hakeem.
