We always cook during the week, but eat out on weekends. Occasionally, if we don't get a chance to on Saturday or Sunday, we'll do Los Cucos on a Monday or Tuesday because of the happy hour prices. Either way, it usually averages out to 3 times a week. Is that too much?
Eh ok, maybe this is a cultural difference, I eat out maybe 1 a month. Normally I'm home before my girlfriend is home so I cook.
Maybe once a week. Probably more like twice a month. I prefer my own food. And the booze is cheaper (and better!) at home.
By eating you mean out eating in a restaurant or mcdonalds etc, right? In holland some people eat out once a week, but most people that I know might eat out once every two weeks or less, like me. Are there actually people that eat out every day?
I knew a guy I worked with that would take his family (wife and 4 kids) out to eat at least 5-6 times a week for dinner.
Wow amazing, I do not know anybody who does this. Most peope eat diner at home with wife (and kids if they have any). Even students usually eat at home, altough students tend to eat more often with friends, but even then they eat at home and one of them cooks.
I might average once a month as well, if that. I go out for special occassions only. It probably has something to do with my French heritage. Growing up, I only ate at restaurants while traveling.
Really the only meal I cook at home is dinner on Sundays. So I'd say on average we eat out 6 days a week for dinner, and every day for lunch. Average price spent on dinner is about $40 including drinks and tip. It adds up, but I can't help it!
Once, sometimes twice a week. Three or four times a week if you include lunch, I guess. Less when I'm at school. I like to cook. Most people don't do it enough, I think.
One or two times a week usually on the weekends. I eat at home and bring lunches from home. It's a healthier way to live and it saves me money. I also know co-workers that eat out everyday for lunch. I couldn't do that.
Since I cannot cook due to surgery on my wrist we have been eating out way more than usual. That's about to change.
