If the bucks were willing to play close to that for a backup, we might have found a taker for Moochie's services.

Desmond Mason suits me just fine.;)

I'm glad as hell we did'nt get this guy..........

    On the real guys,
I feel you about role players and all but to be honest with you guys, we are a team full of role players if you ask me.....

outside of Franchise and the Dynasty, everyone else is role player caliber players anyway.

I feel the rocks have plenty backup and role players, (Mobes, Griffin, Mo, Mooch, Rice, etc.) we actually need a starter or two in my opinion

A Point, 2 guard, or Power forward that can start for us, not more Role players

Imagine Mobley, Griffin, and Mo Taylor coming off the bench for us........awesome

Thats why I did'nt feel like we needed Ollie or Daniels or any other career backup, we need a starter plain and simple:confused:

You don't consider Mobley a starting 2? I mean, unless you've got Kobe or T-Mac on your squad, most teams would find a way to start the guy.

    True...........

I just feel that Mobes in a Sixth man role is the Bomb ala steve's first year

You can't compensate for instant offense off the bench........

He's a starting 2, don't get me wrong, I personally would just love to see him off the bench

    Thats just my humble opinion

MHO is that he gives us a damn good 3rd option. If Dallas can have a big 3, we can have something similar. Also, I just don't think we can get a starter quality 2 through trade or on the market, so we should go with what we got. Hell, if the Spurs can go all the way with Stephen Jackson starting, we'll be fine with Mobley.
