Olajuwon's an inspiration to the Rockets and to us all!

    What a sense of pure "will to win" Dream has coming back so fast to help this young team make the playoffs; a true warrior willing to do whatever it takes to go out on top. I am so proud of Akeem and what he means to this team. If this doesn't light a fire under the rest of the Rockets as well as every Rocket fan out there, nothing will. I see all these threads asking if we believe; well it's evident that the Dream believes. He is willing to sacrifice a lot to put this team on his back one more time. Sure it's Francis' team now; but it's Akeem that won't let this team give up. A true testament to what a warrior and leader stand for; and Olajuwon displays that and so much more in his inspired play. Hey, if anyone asks me if I still believe, I say YES! Not because of what the Rockets MIGHT do in the future, but because of Akeem means to me and how his pride and will to win inspire me. He will forever be a true champion who gave everything he possibly could, and more because of the fire that still burns in his eyes and in his heart. The heart of a warrior. I love you Akeem, I will never forget you.

    The man has full of wisdom and never say he is a quiter, knowing his got mission to accomplished and never hesitate to do what's best to be back with the Team. I post on the day he was diagnosed with blood clot on his calf, the same clot that my brother had on his thigh, I knew it right then that he will be back in no time, thanks to TPA a blood thinner medication that push the clot out of his vein. Hakeem has always set mentally and physically ready for anything he might run into, believe me,Olajuwon knows how to set the pace.Great topic!
