The rocket games aren't as exciting as when yao is in the game. I said a lot of stuff about Yao taking him for granted as an entertainer but not anymore. I guess I never realized how much I like watching Yao play with the rockets until he went inactive. Now I can't wait for him to come back. Anyone else feel this way?

No, Yao has always been my favorite rocket, I like him more than Mcgrady, but Hakeem is still the all-time favorite.

Yao and McGrady keep us competitive, but them alone is not going to be enough to win it all. Even mediocre teams in the league have deep lineups that are full of young talents. We lack depth as far as talent is concerned. We're just not a well-balanced team.

But yah, the Rockets are definitely not a great team to watch without their two stars in uniform and playing healthy. Heck, many times they are barely good enough to win even when they're fully healthy.

Yao is my favorite Rocket, too. He's especially fun to watch because every basket he makes is like a middle finger to everybody that calls him a sissy, a bust, etc. It's been like that since his rookie year.

I get frustrated with him as much as anybody, but he's my boy.

Yao has replaced Cuttino as my favorite Rocket. I know McGrady is the premier talent on the team, but Yao Ming is the Heart and Soul....

Was Yao with the team tonite...?

Even if Yao wasn't as good as he is now, he would still be one of my favorite player in the NBA b/c of his deameanor and is a class act. He's just maybe a little too nice i might add..

LOL! Old habits man, old habits, all that damn losing got him in the habit. :D

Good question, I didn't see him sitting on the bench, which surprised me since he was on the bench the past game or two. Could he be back in Houston rehabbing and getting ready to come back? Or may be he's just going to be attending home games?

Regardless, get back soon big fella, can't wait.

I didn't see Yao at all tonight and he's a hard man to miss. My guess is he's sticking around in Houston.

They are more enjoyable with either Yao or T-Mac in the game, but they can win when T-Mac is there. I prefer both in the game. Then it's a thrill a minute!!

I can't decide whether I like yao or T-Mac better, but I'm definitely missing Yao from an entertainment standpoint. They just aren't the rockets without him.
