What's amazing is that she started talking. I would think that long without supply to the brain would cause huge amounts of brain damage.
This has been discussed! You DO NOT fire loud firearms in the case of Zombie Apocalypse! It only draws more zombies.
You can't deny the existence of something if you don't believe it truly exists in the first place...or something like that.
You could do that, but it'd be as pointless as nihilism. Of course things exist. It's highly improbable that this happened, but obviously not impossible. I'd just be happy enough with the being alive part. If the medical science isn't advanced enough to explain how this happened, it is a lot easier to draw a conclusion that helps you cope. People are explanation and purpose driven. It's not surprising that she thinks she was somehow chosen. It's like soldiers coming back from war and asking "why me"? Just be glad that you did and live every day like it matters. If she later in her life finds the cure for cancer or something amazing, then I'd have to reconsider this event's importance. Of course its important to her friends and family. It is a miracle to them. To me its a random statistical anomaly and a physiological curiosity. I'm happy for them.
If you don't believe in something, why would you acknowledge that by giving it a word? If there truly was no god, we would just exist.....there wouldn't have to be a delineation between believers and non-believers. Or something to that effect.....I'm kinda hungover.

Do you mean for her family and friends benefit? I'm really not trying to be a jerk, I'm genuinely curious about your view of the possibilities. Any authority that could have chosen you to survive against great odds for whatever reason did us all a great service in doing so. Since you have actually had this type of experience, you're very qualified to speak about it. Which thread should I read? I just personally wouldn't like to believe that there's any kind of celestial favoritism going on. If she were chosen because of her good deeds or strong morals, that's one thing. I'll bet she's flawed like everyone, though. I'd definitely want more time with a few people who have passed. But it feels selfish to want special treatment when everyone who ever lived is in the same boat.
