They can't handle the truth brother.

    Your threads are really pure.

Question: How long do you think he'll be in the G League?
    Why am I asking?
Because G-League tickets are super cheap and people can go watch Rockets draft picks hone their skills

Question: Will you consider a 3 pointer in the G league made as legit?

The First Asian in the Valley. He’s going to be on the Kardashian fame level.

Tincan is the uncle Ruckus for Asian players. Such a damn shame and so damn sad.

This thread is about him going to the G-League.
I've seen him play before ANY OF YOU DID.

And I mentioned he wasn't ready and his 3 point shot was off.
You can translate as hate, but the fact he's being sent to the G-League proves I'm right.

If a guy says Bobby Brown is the next Chris Paul, people would laugh.

But if a guy says Qi is the next Porzingis you blind suckers believe it, without even watching the games

Great news! Follows a long-held pattern of starting project players in NBA practice, then sending them to developmental league, call them up for more practice where schedule permits, and then ultimately give them a shot late-season if they earned it in practice and lower league. The system works well, and I think Qi will benefit from it more than most. He has a bigger gap in understanding NBA basketball than even a sophomore.

He certainly needs to work on his shot and can go to the g league with knowledge of the speed/strength of the NBA. Always optimistic about hard workers, I don't think we've seen the last of him this season.

¡Mira el chino flaco! ¡Que alto!

    Sea bienvenido al RGV, huey.

I lived in Harlingen for a year. I guess the RGV plays out of McAllen? As a 6'2" Caucasian I stood out down there. Joe Key probably makes an impression in Houston, let alone down in the Valley.

Hope the kid gets to play some 4th quarter blowout (in our favor) minutes. He'll be good one day, but he has a ways to go.

For the love of Rudy T., please stop calling me "brother" until you stop bashing a Rockets player solely because he's Chinese.

    That's BS
You know he can't shoot, that's the issue here.

I was at summer league and another 99er saw him play and thought he wasn't ready.

I don't care if he was from Latvia or Mexico or North Korea

I answered your questions on my thread, I ask for the same courtesy.

As I mentioned, I saw Zhou play before all of you.
    And I don't care if he's Chinese.

    Here's the proof:
    1. I saw him first
    2. Was with Clutchfans
    3. was rooting for him

    So

All y'all just bend the knee like Kapernick to me now for forgiveness

Good to see. He needs lots of playing time at this point, which will only happen at the G League.

Zhou will have an extra set of challenge, a completely different lifestyle than the NBA. It would be interesting how he adapts.

Rockets don't play for a while so it makes sense. He'll be recalled this week.
