    It's not DirecTV, or Dish Network.

    Good thing there aren't any outages (and all the drunk drivers won't start knocking down the poles/taps until after midnight hopefully)

    When I worked in Radio I always had to work on Thanksgiving. It was either Autorama or the Uptown Lighting Festival (or both!). Come to think of it, pretty much the only holiday that I didn't have to work was Christmas...

    Working on holidays aren't a big deal to me, getting holiday pay is nice.

    well i dont have to work tonight but i do have to be at work tomorrow at 4:30 tomorrow morning for black friday. damn retail jobs suck.

    out of curiosity, how much more do yall get paid for holidays? I was off today :) but i worked labor day and got 2 1/2 pay :)

    I've got to work because the Aggies are in town so the bar is open tonight. I'm on 3 hours sleep and won't get home until 3:00 in the morning. I don't know if I'll make the tailgate at 8:00 am like I promised my buddies.

    damn thats messed up.... isnt there a law for working holidays? oh wait, i worked for EV1 that didnt pay holiday pay until we got new owners....

    I love holiday pay. $5.00 an hour could turn in to $50. I love it.
