I have no idea why DeMeco didn't call a timeout when he saw the mix up. Some of the in game, real time, on the spot decision making drives me crazy.
Him tapping out was a first for me, I have never seen a QB do that. The bigger bone head mistake was admitting to it and chuckling, the kid just comes off as a douche bag. I dont see him making it as a QB1, with his running skills maybe he can do something else but being QB1 is not in the cards right now, why they continued to put him out there and lose when you had Flacco on the bench is beyond me, they pretty much have no chance now and they have 3 tough games coming up
Right... if he says I get hit earlier in the game and I was feeling it a lil but = no problem I admire his honesty, but whew .... not the time or place
Sometimes I wonder if he is still in player mode = I cannot call a timeout or throw a challenge flag as opposed to being in coaching mode
