Ought to be at least 2 out of 3. I ****ing hope it's at least 2 out of 3. We've got some good pitching matchups and Blanco DA GOAT.
Astros need sweeps. The Angels and Mariners series were garbage. The constant shooting ourselves in the foot causes us to play catch up every game to offset the previous game. Espada needs his ass whooped if Bregman sees cleanup anytime soon.
I can't watch any of these games. Astros win all 3, but ppl will still want Espada fired (rightfully).
I don't want Espada fired. I want him to start making better pitching change decisions. I am actually fine with the majority (not all) of his lineups and in game position player moves. Just learn and don't make the same mistakes twice.
We can all hope..... but.. Abreu is probably more of an upper management decision, but there's no way Crane and Co is demanding Bregs at cleanup.
I can’t wait to see the crowd reaction for abreu tonight. Will it be boos or a standing ovation to get him going? I’m hoping standing
If all of his great years had been in an Astros uniform there would be the possibility of a standing ovation But as it is, that won't happen. What is much more likely than either of those two options is he gets just a normal ovation like any other non star level player I just wish that at 1:30 on game day we didn't know that he will be in the lineup Two years in a row pretty much every day we know to expect the worst every day player in baseball will be in our lineup
