I'm guessing the Defense still gives up a ton of yards, but the offense comes through and finds a way not to lose.

Drat, this means I can't pick up anybody off waivers in fantasy to start for instant points against our terribad defense :(

At least this is away, home games have been a mixed bag. Longest 2 weeks of the season :(

Yeah, and most of the skill players for the next team we face (Indy) are already taken.

Gonna have to put this strategy on hold for a couple of weeks. But keep an eye on those SD receivers....

I agree, it's a long 2 weeks, but the team really needs it. The LB's need to get healthy, Dre's ankle needs some rest, and Kareem Jackson needs to learn how to play cornerback.

I can't trust this defense against the Bye.

The Bye will have a record day on offense.

This is essentially the same defense (minus Dunta and Jaques) that was one of the better defenses the last half of last season. It has to be a scheme issue. There's very little pass rush and our DB are giving receivers an obscene amount of space to make plays.

I don't think it will get any worse.

Schaub has to continue his good play, can't revert back to the guy we saw against Dallas and NY. Defense spots everyone 24, so we need at least a 4 TD day to get past BYE.

Hopefully Foster and Ward chew up clock and keep the defense off the field.

Man, gonna be a long 2 weeks.

Oh well, the guys need the time off to get healthy.

We started last year with an awful defense....that turned things around in the 2nd half of last season. Let's hope the same thing happens this year.

That would probably take a couple of bye years.

I believe the Bye is undefeated this season. So far, nobody has showed up when they went against the Bye. Texans need to hire their defense coordinator.

the fact that he can play special teams period. WIth the LB core thinning out, they will need other guys to play special teams.

Dunta was an average to slightly below average corner and was replaced by possibly the worst corner in the nfl. That is big

I thought the most intriguing part was where it said ASO, instead of also.....you know what that means!
