Sunday Noon on CBS. Announcers are Marv Albert/Rich Gannon. This thread is for game talk only. Please put other information in the appropriate place.

Please win. I have some family members that have inexplicably adopted the Bucs, and I need desperately for the hometown team to win.

Question: will this game be a sellout in Tampa? They've had only sellout this season so far, I think, and that was the MNF game.

According to the guys at The 506 (they are pretty knowledgeable about these things), the game will be blacked out in Tampa. There are still a ton of upper level tickets left. The only way they think to get it shown is for the CBS affiliate to possibly buy out a bunch of Tix. They seem to think that is not going to happen due to the number of tickets they would have to buy.

Better pass rush and secondary than we saw last week.

I expect Kubes to run the ball down thier throats all day long....please don't over think this.

Gerald McCoy lost for the season, with our good friend Frank Okam now called upon to shore up the middle of that D-Line. Go at him, bro.

Sitting AJ and pulling out a win here would be huge. Hitting the bye on a 4 game win-streak.

Would that be the longest streak in team history?
    Winning streak that is.

I think that would be great. I don't want them
to bring AJ out until after the Bye as well

Would be nice to get this win going into the Bye. I don't expect AJ to play in this game since its the game before the Bye... but I think we can win this game. If our defense plays like it should, there should be no reason why we can't win this game. Only thing that scares me about this Bucs team is their ability to come back in the 4th quarter and since the Texans are notorious for being a ****ty 2nd half team, I just hope they play for 60 minutes.

Texans survive a scare, but it's a close one.

The Texans won 4 games in a row 2 years ago to finish 9-7, after our annual 5-7 extravaganza to start the year.

The Texans have four road games left and three of them are not likely to sellout. The Tampa Bay game will definitely not be a sellout. In week 12 against Jacksonville it's looking like it will not sell out. The Cincy game in week 14 will almost certainly not sell out.

Only the game against Indy in week 16 will sell out. However, with that game being their final home game of the season, I think many fans will stay away and try to forget what happened to the Colts this season.

The Texans can put away the loud speakers during practice since crowd noise won't be a factor in the remaining road games.

I'll never forget the time we went to Universal Studios the week before the Packers had a game at Tampa. There must have been 15-20 busloads (that I saw) of cheeseheads loading into both parks. Made me laugh.

31 - 13 Texans. Texans run it down their throat à la the Browns game.

I wish the bye was a week later, post-Jacksonville; pre-Atlanta.

A bit mixed about the TB game; a loss wouldn't shock me. But they're playing with such confidence, a blowout pantsing wouldn't shock me, either. But yeah, 7-3 looks soooooooooooo much better.

(BTW, Atlanta has NO, TEN, MIN, all at home - we could be headed for an 8-3 showdown. NBC has to give us a look. Detroit/NO probably gets the nod; but NBC/NFL will absolutely be looking to try and get Houston some national exposure prior to the playoffs. Next week at Cincinnati, unfortunately, butts up against DAL/NYG.)

Getting an early lead will mean less touches for Blount force trauma and more 3rd down snaps for Lumpkin. I'm a fan of Kubiak's new trend of receiving the kickoff first instead of always deferring.
