So sad! Well, I trust the coaches more than I do my own eyes I guess, but I thought he'd be a great, versatile bench guy. Such a good motor. :(

kinda surprised..but not at the same time..maybe this was done quicker then they said they were going to make cuts as a favor to Harris so he can join another team..

Kid has been trying very hard and giving the best he can. I wish him luck and hopefully he can find home else where.

agreed. it seemed like Coach RA liked Harris too. i wanted him to make the team over a lot of the other guys. maybe we did it more for the money reasons. good luck harris.

i knew this is going to happened
no matter how much fans like him
he's the first one that got to go
he's not going to see playing time behind T-Mac, Battier, and Wells anyway
    unless he can outplay them
    since he can't so byebye

Boo! I thought he would make it. I bet they keep a close eye on him though. Maybe just gives them more time to make some roster moves and pick him back up again.

I'm dissappointed to see him go, I liked him a lot, hopefully he can latch on to a less talented team.

I don't get this...i thought he's better than Landry and even Snyder because he doesn't force anything and is very active.

You're probably wrong as these were my thoughts exactly.

I suspect you mean 'less deep team'.

That sucks. Adelman's going to wish they hadn't in three weeks when Bonzi starts mailing it in for the regular season.

This means Novak is on the team.

That sucks. The Rockets must be serious about limiting their luxury tax.

I hope the Rockets spread the good word about Harris to other teams. He deserves to be in this league.

I hate this move. It has to be for financial reasons. I mean, how else do you cut Harris before Reed and Lucas? Harris was better than Reed, Lucas, Novak, Landry, Butler and even Snyder.

I think this decision was made considering other factors than just talent. The financial situation and the inability to move the likes of Snyder or other players. Regardless, he is a very good talent and I hope he finds a spot on a team. I'm sure a team like the Celtics would benifit out of our situation.

    We had to cut him.

We needed to save a roster spot for Steve's ridiculous upside.

You're probably right. Which is ridiculous, at least from a basketball perspective.
