Definitely excited to see if Mike Leake falls into the category of "Red pitchers dominated by Lance Berkman". To think he could stroll to the major league level without any minors experience, then destroy Lance would be pretty remarkable.
Roy vs the Reds = WIN in most cases Harang has been awful so far to start the season. I think we win at least 2/3.
i've only seen him pitch once this year...Opening Day. he didn't look good at all. he was on my fantasy team to start the season...i released him quickly because something looks fundamentally wrong with him. of course, that doesn't mean he can't get it turned around.
True. There has to be something fundamentally wrong when you are 6' 7 only hitting 88. He did throw an average fastball of 90.7 last year.
Could Justice actually be right and we are back to .500 at the end of the month? It certainly seems very possible with us facing the Reds, and then Wandy against a struggling Braves team.

can you imagine the "I TOLD YOU SO!" headline on his column on May 1st, if it happens? it will be like a "WAR" banner.
I checked out a Reds' box score the other day, and the lineup they had playing that day would make even the Astros say "Dang, those are some low batting averages". Hope Bud is dominant tonight and avoids the brain-fart inning, and I hope that Lee and Pence continue to rebound from their bad starts.
If you had told me the astros have a chance to be 11-10 after the card series I would have thought that your out of your mind but then again aren't the stros like this every season. Makes us believe only to crush our hopes at the last month of the season.
WLW...I have my taco bet with my buddy that the Stros' win the series...c'mon stros, daddy needs some free tacos... They show a lot of Reds/Braves games here, so I feel pretty good about being able to see the games...
