Tillman has been around for quite a while and been fairly good. He's kind of having a comeback season after a couple down ones.

Was very good year before last, started off last year poorly and never recovered

Part of the reason they were willing to let Chen go was betting on a return to form from Tillman, so far they are getting more than they could have even hoped for
