Texans win despite Maurice Jones-Drew racking up 500 yds of total offense.

Pre-Tebow Jags have no bite and Gerrard(sp?) is a freakin statue. Texans win 24-10.

Garrard isn't a statue, you are thinking of their previous QB, Leftwich. Garrard is actually decent.

We're 8-6 against them all-time. Not really domination imo.

Lets not get carried away and overlook this game..I mean we were pretty close to 0-2 ourselves.

    Battle Red Day!!!

Another divisional rival so probably a close game.

    Texans 17
    Jaguars 13

Bill Macatee and Steve Beuerlein will call the game for CBS.

Andre Davis returns to 2 KOs for TDs and then will recieve the biggest contract for a returner in NFL History!

    Texans 38
    Jags 17

Seriously, Johnson has another huge game as they have NO secondary plus our D will key on MJD and nothing else thus holding him to 25 carries for 90 yards.

Texans win this game. They're required to by law since it's Battle Red Day.

    This is obvious:
Texans will beat the Jets w/ rookie QB
Lose to Titans on the road
    Crush the Jags at home

    Texans 41 - 14

We start to gel on D against the lowly Jags.

He could get 90 yards on just 1 carry if we keep playing the way we have been. I hope we don't have a let-down after our huge win. We really need to close out these next two "easy" games.

    Texans 21-17

The Jags haven't been able to get pressure on the QB so far this season. They only got one lick on Kurt Warner last week. Look for Schaub to have time to throw and another big game.

    Texans 27
    Jaguars 20

Yeah, we split the last two years with the home team winning each game. 3 years ago we won both games. The year before that we lost both games. It's been a fairly even series.

It appears that Chester Pitts streak ends and will be out for awhile.

He is having some knee surgery, out indefinitely.

    In our favor:
The Jags are 0-2 and Jack Del Rio seems to have been losing his grip on this team for the past 12 months.
Aside from Mathis, their secondary is pretty shabby. In fact, their entire defense has been eroding since the Mike Peterson incident
Troy Williamson may be out for the season, making their offense even more one-dimensional.
Garrard has looked rough starting the season

    Not in our favor:
Divisional games are usually equalizers and the best bets for unlikely upsets each week.
Our defense's ridiculous aptitude for allowing big plays: "defended well except for those 3 plays" means handicapping the other team 21 points.
MoJo is the last kind of guy we want to pit our front line against.
The risk of another "feeling good about ourselves" de-pantsing.

I think this is a 24-17 takedown by us, with a 150 performance by Jones-Drew. Hopefully, the run game can get going.
