Dang...your young. Just wait until your mid-30's. Everytime you move, you'll sound like your eating Rice Crispies...snap, crackle & pop.

I dreaded 30 so much and it's turned out to be the worst year of my life. Brightside is that it can only get better.

30 was the worst year of my life and so far 31 is the best year. Moving out of the polluted tropical rainforest known as Houston, TX was the first step for me. You should consider moving.

Fo real - every time I try to cut and run a pass pattern for flag football, I feel like I am going to tear my ACL and I'm only 34. :(

Do you exercise regularly? I'm 31 and have not problems when I play flag football or basketball. But I also work out 4 days per week and eat healthy. If you take care of your body, it won't start breaking down so fast.

Happy birthday! And you are NOT old. Trust me, in a few years you'll be wishing you were still 25 and/or trying to pretend you still are. :)

Actually for some reason my life started getting a lot BETTER at 30 and from then on, though it's more the path that I happened to be on. Unless you're trying to do extreme gymnastics or something, your body should be fine in your 30's. The only thing I've noticed is, if I get out of the habit of working out, I feel out of shape more easily, but I can get back into it if I just do it.
That would probably have happened at any age anyway.

This thread is just what I needed. I'm turning 21 on Sunday and I'm just a little sad at how fast my life seems to pass by lately. Yoyo, you make me not feel as old.
