    Did they take Patton out of the rotation? I haven't seen him pitching in a while. I thought he did pretty well.

    His arm is sore... tendonitis in his left biceps. Nothing to worry about, just the wear and tear of pitching so many innings in one year at such a young age. Might make a couple of relief appearances before the year is done, but it's doubtful he'll start again.

    They should shut him down. There is no point in pushing it now. He's in the rotation next year barring some miracle free agency/trade spree.

    Fox 26 just said that the three canadites for the GM job are now former Philadelphia general manager Ed Wade, former Montreal and Baltimore general manager Jim Beattie, and Philadelphia assistant GM Ruben Amaro Jr. I would hire Amaro Jr.

    So Ryan Braun got hit twice last night?

    Anyone see these?

    I'm curious how obvious they were given Braun's post-HR preening last time these 2 teams met.
