and (allegedly) televised in Austin... Texans 27 Buffalo 10 The defense continues to dominate. Carr will have a 300 yd day, 120 of those to AJ. Lundy will have a decent 80 yard/1 td game. GO TEXANS!
Yes, I agree ... The Texans grew by leaps and bounds sunday in J-Ville especially remembering the call that may change the course of a season or perhaps even a franchise. Kuby's got balls! Big brass ones to have the guts to make that call! Texans start showing the fruit of the reward this week ... Texans 34, Bills 13. Losman should get sacked alot in this game, at least 4 times. No Willis McGahee this could get real ugly for the Bills. Plus, they're in OUR house! AJ big game 150+yds, Wali+Gado=120+. Carr should get 300 yds with 3 TDs.
I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see enough from the Texans offense to suggest they'd score 27 or 34 points. The defense gave them great field position a few times last week, and the most they could manage was 13 points. Texans 17 Bills 13
Hasn't that still never happened? I don't know enough about the Bills to predict, but I'm with Max in that the offense was pretty disappionting Sunday.
Not sure if it was the first time, but the last time it happened was the 15th and 16th weeks of the 2004 season when we beat Chicago and Jacksonville, respectively. Both on the road, as well. Texans 20 Bills 17
Texans 24 Bills 10 I actually picked up the Texan defense for this game. Maybe I'm being a huge homer but I like this matchup much better than my other D's.
Boy this will be a good game to take a nap on Bills 13 Texans 14 Mario Williams 2 sacks Andre Johnson 8 rec 125 yds 1td Moulds 3 rec 40yds 1td
He cut his hair when the Texans won two in a row. It happened in 2004 when we beat Kansas City and Oakland in consecutive weeks.
In the same year and after that winning streak you mentioned, my TEXANS beat the Bears and then the Jaguars. That was 2 (count'em, folks), I said TWO, winning streaks. Texans 33 Bills 13 VAMOS, TEXANS!!!!
MadMax, I base it upon, the Bills D on their best day cant match the Jags D on their worst day plus, doubts about McGahee, will he play and if he can, how well will he? That means Lost-man will have to get it done and that plays right into Mario, DeMeco and the rest of our D's hands.
don't get me wrong, i hate the bills as much as the next houston sports fan, but, to be fair, thier D did hold the indy mannings to 17 points. of course, chicago put up, like, 40 on them, right? Texans better win. in fact, the Texans better never lose to the Bills. they must make up for what the Oilers did to me/us! Texans 19 Bills 17
Guess you don't remember last year's season opener. Bills won 22-7. This is the fourth meeting between the Texans and Bills. We're 1-2 all time against Buffalo.
