As always, no PBP in the thread. If you need that try one of the gamecast sites. Keep discussion to this series. If it is not about this series it goes somewhere else.

    5-3 J.A. Happ, LHP (1-4, 6.35) vs. Mike Leake, RHP (3-0, 4.40) 6:10 on FSH

5-4 Aneury Rodriguez, RHP (0-0, 6.75) vs. Travis Wood, LHP (1-3, 6.82) 11:35 on FSH

    5-5 Brett Myers, RHP (1-1, 3.72) vs. Homer Bailey, RHP (0-0, -.-- ) 11:35 on FSH

When Wallace develops his power game, we may be talking about the Oswalt deal in the same breath as the Glen Davis and Larry Anderson deals.

I love his swing. If he doesn't hit a lot of homeruns we can atleast expect him to hit for a high avg. He's a line drive machine.

Lovin' it. Even Bourgeois is raking . That's a pretty dangerous 1-4.

Wallace's OPS is now over 1.000 and OBP over .450....VERY nice.

Their tied with Atlanta for 11th in the majors in runs scored, middle of the pack in .OBP and 5th in team batting avg. That's pretty impressive all things considered.

I'll gladly trade Happ's .500 average if his ERA drops by a run or 2...

Hopefully the Cubs lose so we can move into a 5th place tie.

    Too early?
