Due to only having $5 million in cash for free agents and that I really need to watch my payroll, I'm not planning on trying to sign any free agents this year. However, the draft is different...there should probably still be some decent guys available when I have to pick. Next week would probably be better for me; however, I could always designate someone like I did for one season to pick for me. In other words, have it whenever....doesn't matter to me.

I have a question. Before the OOTP4 upgrade, I had somewhere around $40-50 mil in cash. Now I have 2-3 mil. What happened? Was the cash accumulation not transferable to the new version?
