    Played Fable 2 and thought it was great.


    I havent bought games for a long time but Im thinking Fallout 3 and NBA2k9 are looking good enough to spend a bit of money on.

    Saints Row 2 also looks good but I need to draw the line somewhere!

    That's been my problem lately... "drawing the line." Seriously.

    Even so, I'm looking at recent and upcoming releasing and saying to myself... Mirror's Edge, Valkyria Chronicles, Gears of War 2, and Fallout 3 are all must-owns. No two ways about it... I'm just gonna try to wait until I can get them as a bargain used.

    Then there's Brothers in Arms, Dead Space, and Far Cry 2, which all look excellent. And then there's Spore, LittleBigPlanet, and Disgaea 3. I might have to "draw the line" at those last 3, but dang... too many great games!

    There are a heap of great games coming out, I think it has been way too long since this many really great games have been available.


    I think I'm gonna have to start trading some of my old games in, which I HATE doing.

    This pretty much happens every year around this time. SMG, Orange Box, BioShock, COD4, MP3, Mass Effect, Halo 3, Uncharted, R&C, Crysis, Persona 3, etc., all come out around this time last year. Debatable whether it is as good as this year, but definitely a lot of great games that came out around the same time. Similar thing happened in 2006 IIRC, and this will probably happen again in 2009.

    Of course, I have bought more new games in the last month or so than probably all the new games I bought in 2007.

    I've been contemplating buying a xbox360 for like 2 years now. What sets me back is 1) Do I really have time to play videogames anymore? and 2) I just can't seem to put aside the extra $400 from my paychecks. I have too many bills you see.
