The second one, pretty forgettable but still a lot of fun...the first one...easily a classic.

Saw this today, great, great movie

This really should've been the sequel. 12 sucked so much ass in my book, thank god i didnt watch it in theaters. Loved how it was back in Vegas, I would say it was kind of the same as the 11 just a rehash of it, but it was different. I loved how Pacino was it, might as well have Joe Peci and Robert DeNiro in it also :p

My dumbass didn't know it was SuperDave until I read this thread, I knew it was somebody famous cause I recognized the voice. I kinda like how they played out Julia Roberts and Catherine Zeta-Jones characters out in the beginning "its not their fight!" Good to see they didn't really try to give everybody time, such as Bernie, Cheadle, and Elliot Gould.

I guess I am the only pervert in the thread that was looking really hard at Ellen Barkin. She's old and everything, but damn she looked hot to me :)

I am waiting for the day when I can own a "petabyte" HD, let alone a terabyte :p

It lacked suspense...the team was never in real trouble and look as if they were going through the motions. Not as good as its predecessors.

I saw it over the weekend and I must say I'm unimpressed. 11 and 12 worked because there were so many plot twist and you didn't know till the very end what was happening. Sort of like a Vegas magic act. This movie is pretty lame from the start and no real suprises or anything to keep you in your seat till the end.

    1) Al Pacino is legendary actor whose talent is wasted in this movie. You'd expect the "Godfather" to rip the heart of a guy who'd so much as think about stealing a penny from him. No here he let's 500 mil go down the drain without even putting up a fight. Gimme a break that lame dialogue between Cloney and Pacino towards the end where Al says "I know some guys who really know how to hurt" followed by Clooney's reponse "I know everyone you'd send after and they like me better than you". Come on this the best you can do? Man Pacino you need to get up in his face and smack the living hell out of Clooney before you sent out your boys to take down Ocean's crew one by one. What happened to going to the matresses huh don?

    2) How stupid do you have to be to run a billion dollar casino?
First thing if Clooney get his hands on some pictures of the guy doing the diamond review then how the hell can't a billionaire like Pacino do the same? This part of the movie amazes me but that is not the only one. Clooney threatens Pacino face to face at the start and then later you have everyone from Brad to Bernie all walking his casino floor checking everything out with fake moustache and yet none suspects a thing?

This was a poorly made movie and much more of cash grab on what was once an entertaining franchise.

    1. ummm..pacino wasn't playing the godfather in this movie.

    2. it's ok to have fun and suspend reality in a movie like this. it's POSSIBLE you took this one too seriously. :)

    1. I don't want him to play the godfather here but that is the role he chose. You telling me this guy is suppose to run a 5 diamond casino and just do nothing when he gets robbed of 500 mil? Would you just let someone walk through the front door if you lost that much money?

    2. look I suspended my belief already when I went inside to see a movie where a bunch goes are suppose to rob casinos after casinos and never get caught. I'm fine with that but the way they did it in this movie is totally ridiculous. Okay you want to do something huge and rob 500 mil now show me you can do it.
